Job Title: Head Chef
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000
We are looking for a Head Chef for a business client of this leading catering company. The focus will be on offering innovative and healthy menus that continually impress the clients and staff.
This will suit a creative and on-trend Head Chef with a strong background in high-end, high volume catering. In addition, you will be a proven kitchen manager, able to lead and inspire an efficient team, meet all targets and manage HACCP and kitchen procedures. You will be responsible for developing menus, food purchase specifications and recipes along with monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards in all areas.
- Minimum of two years' experience within a Head Chef role in the catering or hotel industry
- Experience within a high volume environment
- Experience developing and leading sustainable and healthy dining
- Excellent presentation and culinary skills
- Proven ability to teach and coach others within the kitchen
