An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated Head Chef to join the culinary team at this popular North Dublin hotel with all day dining options as well as busy C&B department. This role is responsible for overseeing full operations and management of the kitchen team as well as being a hands-on cooking role.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Head Chef within a 3* or 4* hotel with busy banqueting dept. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of solid kitchen management skills. Must also be a positive team leader with excellent communication and motivational skills.
