We have a lovely daytime Head Chef role in Co Limerick for this busy carvery and buffet serving breakfast and lunch, with a casual evening bar menu. The venue also offers high volume banqueting (buffet style) for up to 250 pax.

Managing a small team, the Head Chef will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen, consistently delivering a top quality food offering in every occasion. Further responsibilities include managing all aspects of food safety, Health & Safety and COSHH; effective management of kitchen costs; training and development of the kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience as Head Chef of a quality dining destination with volume banqueting business. Must demonstrate effective leadership in all circumstances, ensuring the team works together smoothly even under pressurised circumstances. Will have a proven track record of meeting all kitchen targets.
