The Head Chef role is senior position, with significant autonomy and responsibility for the successful set-up and performance of the kitchen’s operation.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished, entrepreneurial-minded Chef with a strong passion and appreciation for good food. Will have at least three years’ experience as Head Chef within a quality dining destination, opening experience an advantage. Further candidate attributes include:
