Job Title: Head Chef
This luxurious destination is one of Ireland’s most prominent five star hotels. They now seek an experienced Head Chef to ensure the delivery of a faultless food offering in their fine dining restaurant. This is a very sought after destination with up to 150 covers on Saturday evenings.
The ideal candidate will be a strong proponent of farm to fork with deep experience of using the finest local and regional produce in crafting their menus. Must have at least five years’ experience as Head Chef of a fine dining destination, with proven track record of achieving kitchen budget and targets; training and mentoring a large kitchen team to top performance levels; and ensuring all kitchen hygiene and safety protocols are adhered to.
