We have a great opportunity for an experienced Head Chef who is looking for a better work life balance with a daytime role. This academic institution in Co Limerick is currently recruiting a Head Chef to be responsible for the smooth delivery of a buffet style lunch, managing a catering team of five, with occasional events and meetings throughout the academic year.

Hours are 7am-3pm Monday to Friday, following the academic year calendar (closed during school holidays). Opportunities within other company venues available during school closures if desired. 

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Head Chef within a large hospitality venue / institution / hotel with proven track record of managing kitchen operations and meeting budgets. Must be a highly organised, standards-driven team leader with positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
