Job Title: Head Chef
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef for a top institution in Limerick. This is a very crucial role in which you will work closely with the Executive Chef. This is a busy establishment and needs a motivated and energetic chef who has experience dealing with high volumes of clients and working with an ‘a la carte’ menu.
Ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Three-five years minimum of Sous or Head Chef Experience.
- Is creative and energetic in the kitchen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working well within a team
- Hospitality catering experience
- Strong organisational & planning skills
- Strong operational, business and financial skills
This role is for seven days a week requiring flexibility with regards late nights.
