Job Title: Head Chef
We are looking for a Head Chef for a restaurant venue, looking to move food to the next level in terms of presentation and variety.
- Seating 100 customers per sitting at peak times, this needs a very organised, fast kitchen team to put out small plates alongside a full dining experience.
- They are open for dinner Wednesday- Friday and from 10-10 on Saturday and Sunday.
- The person will be creative, a proven restaurant Head Chef with kitchen management experience.
- There are five chefs in the team and this leader needs to be creative and able to share their skills with this engaged group of chefs.
- The business is committed to quality and using local producers.
This role is for someone who understands the logistics of a busy food environment and producing a strong GP alongside a curious mindset to add excitement and fresh thinking into the food offer.
