Job Title: Head Chef
Salary: €38,000 – €40,000
This popular four-star hotel in Dublin is currently recruiting an experienced Head/Senior Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. This is a very operational and hands-on role and will require a candidate with previous experience in a four star property.
This role could suit a first time Head Chef with drive, ambition and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
The successful candidate will have:
3-5 years’ experience working as a Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef within a four star hotel kitchen brigade
- Excellent culinary ability and creativity within both a restaurant and banqueting environments
- Excellent management skills with a strong presence in the kitchen
- Strong leadership skills to manage and direct a team
- Outstanding training, development and coaching skills
- Ability to create a strategic vision for the kitchen brigade
