Job Title: Head Chef
This is a busy 4 star hotel that has a very good reputation for its food and style of service. The owners are looking for a Head Chef who loves cooking and is creative to run all aspects of the food operation including banqueting, bar and restaurant service as the hotel reopens.
This will suit a Head Chef who wants to bring some farm to fork options to the menu and has experience of managing an established team in the kitchen.
You should be strong at costing, GP% and purchasing and have at least 5 years experience as a Head Chef within a 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
