Job Title: Head Chef
Salary: €50,000 – €60,000
This Gastro Restaurant in Galway has a large outdoor area set up for re-opening. During lock-down, the owner has invested in the kitchen and the new menu is a work in progress.
We are hiring a forward thinking, innovative Head Chef with a huge interest in food and the ability to train a team of up to 16 at full service to deliver consistent dishes packed with flavour and introduce new recipes for re-opening.
We are interested in talking to a current Sous Chef with experience managing others, a Restaurant Head Chef or a Head Chef with Gastro food background.
You will have achieved in other restaurant or hotel operations and have ideas and creativity to move the food forward in this existing and already successful business.
