Job Title: Head Chef
Salary: €40,000 – €50,000+
Offering daily lunch and evening specials as well as an a la carte menu featuring the freshest of local and Italian produce, this is a very popular and highly rated culinary destination, with both indoor and outdoor dining facilities.
This role will be responsible for overall kitchen management (manage costings, hygiene, HACCP…) and leading a strong team who have reopened the kitchen.
This a very busy, hands-on cooking role, so the ideal candidate will be a proven multi-tasker and efficient manager who loves to create new and modern dishes featuring the best of local and Italian ingredients.
A background in similar city centre restaurant destinations would be ideal with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as Head Chef.
