Job Title: Head Chef
Salary: €50,000 – €60,000+
This elegant restaurant is the go-to destination for top quality fare fresh from the sea. Offering daily lunch and evening specials as well as an a la carte menu featuring the freshest of seafood and local produce, this is a very popular and highly rated culinary destination, with both indoor and outdoor dining facilities.
This role will be responsible for overall kitchen management (manage costings, hygiene, HACCP…) of the main restaurant and may in time grow into a group role for the company.
This a very busy, hands-on cooking role, so the ideal candidate will be a proven multi-tasker and efficient manager who loves to create new and modern dishes featuring the best of local ingredients. A background in similar Dublin restaurant destinations would be ideal with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as Head Chef.
