Salary: €45,000 – €50,000
This is a popular choice of Dublin City Centre restaurant, known to have serious food in a fun atmosphere, a rather unique menu and a great reputation for consistency.
This agile business has a terrace, street dining area and operates a collection business which is hugely popular.
A full team are in place and this Head Chef / Kitchen Manager works closely with the Executive Chef managing the day-to-day functions of the business. Always closed on Monday, there are three evening only services and three full day services.
It is a creative kitchen with good facilities and a nice pace, you will be working with people who are inventive around food and how it is served presented and now delivered to a new audience at home.
