Job Title: Head Chef
This is a unique role for a talented Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to join this successful city restaurant known for consistency and speed of service.
This is about rapid food cooked fresh to order, managing a restaurant and an event space where bowl food and canapes are a popular choice for both groups and individuals.
You will need strong leadership and management skills as capacity can be up to 300 on a busy weekend night and up to 200 for brunches at weekends.
This restaurant venue is part of a group of hospitality businesses so there will be support at group level also.
