Job Title: Head Chef - Co Galway
Salary: €55,000 – €60,000
As Head Chef you will ensure the day to day planning & operations in the kitchen are in line with hotel standards and HACCP Principles. You will be responsible for menu planning, ordering and preparations for food production and service for the restaurant, bar and function areas. Rostering & staff training and management. Control of the department budget and costs. You will be responsible for the overall operation of the three kitchens on a day to day basis, managing a team of experienced chefs to achieve consistent delivery of high quality cuisine across multiple outlets.
The ideal candidate will have held the position of Head Chef in a similar sized property, managing multiple kitchens. You must be a strong leader with creative flair and have the ability to manage costs and deliver on agreed budgets.
