Salary: €32,000 – €35,000

- All superstars must have hands on experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef within a busy 4 or 5 star Hotel or Gastro Bar and have also obtained a diploma or degree from a recognised Culinary College in order to be considered for this role.
- You should have previous experience of wage forecasts, rosters, monthly stock control, team training , cost control management, and managing HACCP – level 2-3 required.
- You must be an organised leader who is hands on working alongside your team to achieve greatness on a daily basis. You will be an ambitious, passionate person who enjoys producing amazing dishes for guests to enjoy.
