Job Title: Head Chef - North East
Salary: €50,000 – €55,000
Top luxury destination in the North East is currently recruiting a Head Chef to oversee two kitchens at this property: 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant, and bar serving a more casual menu. In both kitchens, the focus is on creating quality dishes showcasing local fare. This is a very busy destination at the weekend with up to 300 covers on Sundays.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in 5 star properties / top dining destinations (Michelin Star, AA Rosette) with excellent team leadership and training skills. Must have experience managing large kitchen teams. You will also demonstrate a genuine passion for producing the finest cuisine using local, artisanal produce with the aim of delighting guests.
