Job Title: Head Chef/Executive Sous Chef
This popular luxury resort is currently recruiting a Head Chef/Executive Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. The hotel has great culinary reputation with an established two rosette restaurant.
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef / Executive Sous Chef with excellent leadership skills as well as a superb standard of food, ensuring a quality offering throughout all F&B areas of the hotel.
Previous fine dining restaurant experience is a must with this role, preferably with a minimum of four years’ experience at senior kitchen management level of a 5 star property or high end restaurant.
This role will suit a Michelin Star Sous Chef looking to lead their own culinary team.
