Head of Sales
Location: Dublin
Salary: €80,000 – €100,000+

This fast-growing accommodation provider seeks a vibrant, driven Head of Sales who shares both their passion for growth and their strong employee wellness ethos. Key responsibilities within this pivotal role include:
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Assist in the development of the sales plan and prepare forecasts and KPI reporting
- Land and expand: build processes and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation and expansion
- Promote the product and personally help close the largest deals
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Finance, Marketing, Revenue, SRC, and Operations
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Lead a talented team of sales managers and executives, empowering them to excel and achieve targets with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation
The ideal candidate:
- Five years of relevant sales experience including management level
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret hard data/metrics and drive actions
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strength in problem-solving and issue-resolution
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
