We are currently recruiting for a creative and innovative Head Pastry Chef for a busy boutique style hotel in Co. Clare. 

This person will be responsible for the overall operation of the pastry department and will be a highly organised and efficient leader.  

We are looking for a pastry chef with a creative flair who stands out from the crowd and has their finger on the pulse in terms of pastry and baking trends. If you were a strong multi-tasker, with experience in providing pastry productions for a number of outlets including restaurant, cafe areas along with events and weddings, then this is the role for you.

Experience as a Head Pastry Chef within a four or five star hotel environment is essential for this position.
