Key responsibilities include:

• Hands-on leadership and development of the small kitchen team
• Close collaboration with owners on menu development
• Cost control / budgeting
• Occasional catering for private functions
• Ensure all food hygiene and H&S regulations are adhered to

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of three years’ experience as Head Chef
• Proven track record of delivering a high quality food offering from a busy kitchen
• Positive leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Keen knowledge of current food trends and ingredients
• Proven track record of building interesting, flavour-focused, popular menus
• High attention to detail
• Genuine desire to provide a true hospitality experience
