Job Title: Hospitality Manager
This leading Dublin-based catering firm is looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager with a background in high volume dining delivered to a high standard. The role will provide leadership and strategic guidance for operational and admin staff to ensure top quality standards are achieved and maintained for every event.
The ideal candidate will have a background in high-end, high-volume restaurants with at least three years' experience as Restaurant Manager or equivalent role. Must have very strong organisational and time management skills, able to schedule workload to meet priorities, targets and deadlines.
Primarily daytime hours (7pm finish) with this role. If you love the buzz of the restaurant scene, but not the late nights, this could be the perfect fit for you!
