This hugely popular four star hotel in the Midlands is currently recruiting a Hotel Manager to ensure the delivery of the highest service standards, resulting in smooth hotel operations and total guest satisfaction. The role will oversee all departments, F&B in particular is very busy with various restaurant and bars, and the hotel also enjoys a thriving wedding business. This role reports in to the Managing Director as well as the Board.

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Operations / Deputy / Hotel Manager or equivalent role within a four star hotel and will hold a proven track record in maintaining high standards across all operations. Must demonstrate strong people management skills, motivational leadership style and excellent communication skills, able to build positive working relations across all levels of the organisation.
