Job Title: Hotel Manager - 4 Star Hotel Leinster

Location: Leinster

Salary: €55,000 – €60,000+

As Hotel Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel operations, sales and marketing, finance, rooms, spa and leisure etc. In your role you will lead an established team of heads of department to achieve exemplary customer service consistently whilst maximising revenue and creating a positive working environment. You will be dynamic and innovative in your approach with strong people management skills and a can do attitude. Overseeing all departments, it requires a total hotel professional with extensive F&B knowledge as well as strong  Rooms/Front Office and finance experience. You must be IT savvy and have strong branding and reporting skills.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three to five years’ experience in a senior hotel management position (ie Deputy Manager/ Operations Manager) within four/five star properties. You must of held this position for a minimum of two years and have a stable hospitality background.  To be successful in this role you must demonstrate good financial and commercial acumen in addition to a genuine dedication to hospitality and customer service.
