Job Title: HR Assistant
We have a great opportunity for a recent HR Management graduate who would like to gain further experience in Human Resources. This role will be responsible for assisting the HR department with a focus on recruitment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Daily HR admin tasks
- Dealing with staff queries
- Assisting with HR reporting process
- Managing company recruitment through social media and online recruitment system
- Updating job descriptions and candidate specs
- Screening candidates and organising interviews
- Notifying candidates of the outcome of their application
- Reference checks
- Setting up successful candidates on payroll and relevant systems
The ideal candidate will have basic recruitment/HR admin experience with a relevant HR qualification. Interest in/Experience with the leisure travel/hospitality industry an advantage. Must have excellent communication (verbal and written), organisation and administrative skills with good systems knowledge.
