Job Title: HR Development Manager - Dublin
Salary: €50,000 – €60,000+
Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work on the Hospitality Industry rather than in it? We might just have the right opportunity for you!
The ideal candidate will have reached the level of HR Manager in a hotel, be passionate about hospitality, technology and customer service.
You will be a key player in the team to drive new HR applications for a large range of hospitality clients. For this role you must have a deep knowledge of the industry and be a proactive person who is a strong influencer and decision maker. You will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and mentor/coach the team on best practices. You will also lead project teams through installation, discovery and scoping phases of their HR projects.
The perfect candidate for this role will ideally have a minimum of three years’ experience as HR Manager of a four/five star property and will hold a CIPD qualification or higher in Human Resources with a thorough knowledge of Employment Law and HR Best Practices.
