Job Title: HR Manager

This top Dublin four star is currently recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join their senior management team. This role is responsible for the full life cycle of the employee, ensuring all HR services are delivered in line with Irish employee legislation as well as company policy. This role requires strong knowledge and experience relating to employment law, budgets, training needs analysis etc. A sample of key responsibilities includes:

  • Embed and foster a positive hotel culture, ensuring alignment to hotel's core values as a team.

  • Drive the wellness initiative programme throughout in conjunction with the management team.

  • Take ownership of the recruitment, selection & onboarding process.

  • Take ownership of the Performance Management System, applicant tracking system & HRIS system.

  • Support colleagues with general employment queries and employee relations matters in a professional and timely manner and in line with best practice.

  • Provide comprehensive HR guidance and support to key stakeholders across the business on issues such as employee relations, performance management, talent management, health and safety.

  • Assist in coordinating all training and development needs.

  • Assist in conducting investigation, disciplinary and grievance hearings as required and in line with best practice.

  • Collate weekly & monthly HR metrics & reports for key stakeholders.

  • Any other duties that may be required to support the management team to deliver HR best practice.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant third level qualification and will be fully CIPD qualified with at least three years’ experience as HR Manager/Director of HR in a 4-5 star hotel or hospitality related business within the Irish market.  Will have an adaptable, open management style with a high degree of discretion.
