Job Title: HR Manager

This acclaimed hospitality group specialising in a variety of F&B venues is currently recruiting an HR Manager to oversee the Human Resources function of the group, working in close conjunction with the HR Director, Managers and Team Leads.
Key responsibilities within this role include:
- Oversee recruitment process: job descriptions, advertising, management of recruitment platform
- Oversee onboarding process
- Training and development: employee PDPs, training needs analyses, management training
- Develop performance management framework, address grievances/disciplinaries/staff performance issues in conjunction with Managers/Team Leads
- Prepare budgets and targets for the HR operation
- Set and adhere to company values and mission
- Employee engagement (open door policy)
- Keep up to date with Employment Law regulations, advising management team on HR issues and changes to employment law
- Set out company hiring goals and objectives
- Work with HR Director on any TUPE requirements
- Ensure compliancy with rules and regulations
- Design, enhance and implement company policies and procedures
- Develop and keep current the Employee Company Handbook
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ post graduate experience in a similar role with a degree in Human Resources or related field. Candidates will also demonstrate:
- Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business
- Experience in TUPE
- Experience with Human Resources metrics
- In-depth knowledge of employment law
- Knowledge of HR systems
- Excellent communications and leadership skills
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- People-oriented attitude with a results-driven approach
