HR Manager
Location: Co Dublin
Salary: €50,000 – €55,000

We are currently recruiting an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full employee life cycle across two Dublin properties, supporting and guiding the hotel teams across all HR functions. This role requires proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment setting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Training and Development
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- HR Administration
- Legislation Compliance
- Performance Management
- Payroll Administration
- Ad-hoc HR Projects
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant third level qualification and will be fully CIPD qualified with at least four years’ experience as HR Manager in 4-5 star hotels or hospitality-related businesses within the Irish market. Will have an adaptable, open management style with a high degree of discretion. Further attributes include:
- Strong communication, influencing and decision making skills
- Strong administration, organisational and IT skills (TMS and Micropay)
- A positive, proactive, energetic and friendly approach
