Job Title: Human Resource Generalist - Dublin City Centre
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000
The HR Generalist will be responsible for delivering HR support to Store Management Teams, the goal is to ensure the HR function is operating best practice in service and support for our employees and management in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The activities that make up the content of the HR position are diverse and changeable.
You must be aware of all the business requirements relating to customers, quality and service and take an active part in maintaining the unique culture. You will be responsible for keeping all management personnel files up to date and conduct file audits bi-annually. You will support the recruitment processes for stores by managing adverts, organising interviews and issuing new starter paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
