Job Title: Human Resources Director
This leading restaurant and hotel group has an opening for an experienced HR Director to join their team. This role is responsible for the overall management and direction of the HR function, promoting a positive team culture at all times, with key responsibilities covering:
- Implementation of the HR plan and policies throughout the group
- Training, development and performance management for 500 + staff
- Recruitment and talent management
- Compliance with best practice and employment legislation
The ideal candidate will hold a post graduate degree/diploma in Human Resources Management along with CIPD membership, and will have a minimum of 5-7years’ experience as an HR Manager within the hospitality sector.
You must be an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
This role will work closely with each restaurant/hotel GM, report directly to the owners and be a key member of the senior management team.
