Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Salary: €40,000 – €50,000
This well-established Dublin four star hotel is currently recruiting an Human Resources Manager to be responsible for the overall management of the HR department. This includes ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times in compliance with legislation, recruitment and on-boarding process of all employees and managers and implementing necessary training to achieve the required 4 star standards upon reopening.
This role reports directly to the GM and the Group HR Manager.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ minimum experience as an HR Manager within the hospitality industry (hotels preferable), with a CIPD qualification or higher in HR and will have a strong understanding of Irish Employment Legislation. Knowledge of TMS is also an advantage.
