Job Title: Human Resources Manager - Dublin
This busy hotel property and conference centre is now recruiting a Human Resources Manager to be responsible for the overall strategic direction of the HR department. This includes ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times in compliance with legislation, monitoring and reviewing recruitment and selection process for all employees and implementing necessary training and development for team members and management. This is an integral position within the hotel and reports to the General Manager and Group HR Manager.
- The ideal candidate will have three years’ minimum experience as an HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager within the hospitality industry, preferably hotels with the relevant qualifications.
- Excellent people skills and communication in dealing with staff queries and welfare is essential.
- You must also be very organized, efficient and have experience in delivering training across all levels.
