Job Title: Jr Sous Chef
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000+
This popular luxury four star hotel in Co Wexford is well-known for its dining options. Whether going for afternoon tea, a quick bite at the bar or a fine dining experience in the main restaurant, the quality and care invested in their F&B offering is evident.
They now require a talented Junior Sous Chef to oversee the restaurant kitchen operations, ensuring the continued delivery of a high quality offering featuring the best of local produce.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience as Sous Chef with a background in both 4/5 star hotels and stand-alone dining destinations, AA Rosette/Michelin experience a strong advantage. Will be a dedicated team player as well as effective team leader, able to train and motivate staff to their best performance.
