This busy Dublin four star property seeks an energetic, ambitious Junior Sous Chef who is eager to further develop their abilities and advance their career. This role will assist in ensuring a high quality food offering is consistently delivered to all guests, maximising both guest satisfaction and food profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as Chef de Partie/Sous Chef in a quality hotel establishment with high volume business and will be able to demonstrate excellent culinary standards as well as solid understanding of kitchen management protocols (HACCP, Health & Safety, Hygiene).
