They now seek a talented, highly experienced Executive Sous Chef to help ensure the smooth operation of this very busy kitchen and the delivery of a top-class food offering.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years’ experience as Sous Chef in quality restaurants with high volume business featuring innovative, global menus. Will have strong HACCP and food hygiene knowledge in addition to excellent culinary skills and a genuine passion for good food. Must be a dedicated team player with positive attitude and commitment to learning and developing themselves as well as their team.
