This role involves managing maintenance operations for the interior and exterior facilities of the hotel including electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, structural, etc

You will ensure that any work carried out at the property is conducted in an optimum and efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical background, be organized, have the ability to communicate well in written and spoken English and think clearly under high pressure or emergency situations. 

Similar experience working in a hotel environment is essential for this role along with a focus on guest service and satisfaction at all times.
