We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior hospitality executive with multi-site experience to lead this top hospitality company as Managing Director.

Key aspects of this role include:

• Lead the senior management team based in head office, overseeing operations, finance and HR depts.
• Conduct regular and frequent site visits to ensure consistency of standards across the group.
• Deep engagement with / Coaching of the large management team (both on site and HQ).
• Drive revenue growth across the group.
• Oversee group expansion plans.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience within hospitality management with at least five years’ at a senior level, ie Managing Director, Group Director, Area General Manager etc
• Multi-site experience
• Deep knowledge of the F&B industry in general and the Dublin scene in particular
• Highly disciplined and organised individual capable of rigorous diary management
• Proven track record of leading properties to meet/exceed sales & revenue targets
• Excellent leadership ability with proven track record in building high-performing, dedicated teams
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with innovative mindset and keen eye for opportunity
