Job Title: Hotel Marketing Manager

This popular Dublin four star is recruiting a hotel Marketing Manager join their Sales & Marketing Team. This role is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategy, managing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns for the hotel. Working closely with the Revenue Manager and Director of Sales, the Marketing Manager is part of the senior management team and manages a team of two in the Marketing Dept. 

This role is available on a hybrid basis with three office days and two days WFH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing plans to support revenue strategies for all hotel outlets
  • Develop and monitor marketing budget
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns (content management, strategic alignment)
  • Manage hotel website, ensuring all content is up to date and traffic is regularly monitored
  • Produce and manage traditional marketing material in line with company branding (Radio, TV, Print, Exhibitions)
  • Weekly/ monthly reporting to track metrics, conversion rates, ROI etc
  • Regular competitor analyses
  • Attend /assist with planning and execution of trade shows, conferences and consumer events as required

The ideal candidate will have at least four years’ experience as Marketing Manager within the hotel industry, marketing degree/credentials an advantage. Must have a proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and optimising content across social media platforms.
