Meeting & Events Executive

This leading four star hotel with significant meeting and event business requires an experienced Meeting & Events Executive to help ensure the efficient and accurate administration of the M&E department, resulting in a stellar meeting service for each client. A sample of key responsibilities includes:
- Overseeing the client experience from initial enquiry to post event
- Preparation of proposals/quotes for various meetings & events (social and corporate)
- Event diary management
- Liaising with all other hotel depts as required
- Keeping up to date knowledge of all hotel products, services and promotions
- Giving show-arounds to potential clients as required
- Event reporting
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as an M&E Coordinator/Executive within a four star hotel. You will demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills with strong IT and systems knowledge. In addition, you will be a skilled communicator (both written and verbal) with a genuine customer-first approach.
