This award-winning Dublin city-centre five star hotel is currently recruiting a Meetings and Events Manager to help ensure the seamless delivery of memorable events for each client. Managing a team of three, this role will be responsible for large conference and incentive bookings; all contracting for residential bookings also goes through the M&E department. 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Event Manager or Supervisor with at least two years’ experience in a quality Dublin hotel property, five star an advantage. Must be an experienced team leader with proven track record of managing a team and meeting targets. Further candidate attributes include:

  • RFP experience
  • Knowledge of the US market
  • Wedding experience
  • Genuine dedication to providing superior levels of guest/client care
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
