We are looking for a Meetings & Events Operations Manager for this popular Irish 5* in Leinster, to provide Fresh, Host & Easy service in a professional and informal personalized atmosphere.

In this job, you will be responsible for:

  • The assignment and delegation of tasks in line with business needs
  • The high quality of individual and pro-active guest service in the department at all times
  • The training and coaching of your team
  • The good relationship and team with other departments and the role as an efficient project member.
  • You shall be aware of all health and safety procedures within the hotel
  • The active seeking to interact with existing, potential, and new clients inside and outside the hotel
  • To utilise leadership skills and motivation to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction
