We are currently recruiting a Night Manager for this North Dublin four star hotel. This role is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Night Department, ensuring guest requests are met at all times and revenue is maximised.

The Night Manager will control the front of house operation, manage security of the building ensuring the safety of guests and hotel property, as well as ensure accurate Night Audit reporting in conjunction with the Financial Controller.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years’ previous experience in a Night Manager position, demonstrating full understanding of total hotel operations, and will be a seasoned trainer able to lead the team to consistent levels of top customer service and hotel standards.
