We have a rare fixed-term opportunity in a lovely office environment for an experienced Administrator / Office Coordinator. This role supports a team of four with their admin needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Document processing and proofing (MS Word/Excel/Adobe)
  • Diary scheduling
  • Basic accounts (invoicing, accounts payable/receivable)
  • Phone coverage
  • Meet and greet
  • Social media (Instagram posts)

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of MS Office with excellent document processing skills  in terms of formatting as well content review (spelling, grammar etc).  Must have at least two years’ previous experience in an office environment, further hospitality experience an advantage. Other key skills include:

  • Confident multi-tasker
  • Super keen eye for detail
  • Excellent hospitality manner over phone and in person
