Job Title: Operations & Client Relations Executive

Location: Co Dublin

Salary: €24,000 – €27,000

This tourism industry leader would love a German speaker for their Operations & Client Relations Executive. This role will assist in ensuring that all clients have the best possible holiday experience from point of booking to tour completion. It also serves as the main contact for all suppliers throughout the process. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of tours: generating bookings and liaising with suppliers
  • Checking itineraries
  • Booking and planning all services according to the itinerary
  • Administration of group bookings: handling amendments/cancellations, sending rooming lists
  • Dealing with additional client wishes
  • Distributing all necessary information to all partners
  • Negotiating/renegotiating rates with suppliers
  • Issuing the correct documentation on time
  • Invoicing of clients and processing supplier invoices
  • Providing 24-hour emergency assistance to customers
  • Flexibly supporting dept team as required

The successful candidate will have previous experience within the tourism and/or hospitality industry, DMC experience a strong advantage, and ideally proficient in German. Candidates must also demonstrate good knowledge of Ireland/UK as a travel destination. We are looking for positive team players with a genuine passion for the tourism industry.
