Job Title: Operations Director

This is a senior level role responsible for the effective project management of conference operations from start to finish. From brainstorming of event concept through to vendor negotiations, logistics and on site supervision, the Operations Director is responsible for providing a seamless conference management service, ensuring total client satisfaction.

Overseeing a team of three Account Managers, the Operations Director is responsible for up to 30 events a year, varying from 100-1000 pax. Remote work options available with this role (can be based outside of Munster), but presence on site during events across Ireland is mandatory.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in a conference/events operations role, background in hotels/ PCO/ DMC/ venues. We are looking for a highly organised, hardworking and committed team player with the ability to work on their own initiative. Must have a hands-on attitude, ready to assist with any operational aspect on event day.
