Job Title: Operations Manager
Salary: €45,000 – €50,000
Reporting to the General Manager, the role requires a very experienced Operations Manager with a background in high end and high volume Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting outlets.
You must have a minimum of three years’ experience as an Operations Manager in a similar full -service hotel resort environment. In addition, we are looking for an excellent trainer who really knows how to up service standards and empower the team as they reopen for business.
You will have a proven track record of strong leadership skills, excellent financial acumen, a thorough understanding of general hotel operations as well as a commitment to providing professional, warm and welcoming hospitality and superior service standards.
This is a hands-on role that will involve being on the floor as required as well as training staff to the hotel’s reopening standards.
