Key responsibilities:

• Help ensure the safe and effective management of the site and its team.
• Actively participate in all areas of daily operations as required, ensuring company standards are met at all times.
• Help create an environment that is team-focused, encouraging a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members.
• Assist with company reporting as required.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of all products, business lines and promotions.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of three years’ operations experience in the leisure / hospitality / F&B sector with events exposure.
• Proven leader who can inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Flexible work schedule with availability for weekend shifts
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, can-do and problem-solving attitude
• Tech savvy
• The ability to create a sense of fun!
