Job Title: Production Chef
This is a very well regarded retail outlet and this chef position is for production and batch cooking. This kitchen will produce over 250 ready meals per day and the production chef will follow detailed recipes precisely.
We are looking for a chef who is used to large production volumes and is totally up to date on HACCP and hygiene in general. You also need to understand quality control and be very consistent in your cooking with good knowledge of seasonal items and new customer trends.
Shifts are 5am to 1pm or 2pm to midnight. First round interviews will take place virtually followed by a trial day so you can experience the set up yourself.
