Job Title: Production Executive Head Chef - Leinster

Location: Leinster

Salary: €40,000 – €45,000

We are currently recruiting for a Production Executive Head Chef in Wexford to join a bustling team.  We are looking for someone who is up to date with trends, has a creative flair and is hands on in the kitchen. 

Main Duties:

  • Oversee and ensure the smooth running of Food Production operations
  • Assess how the work is organised and delegate accordingly
  • Ensure adequate preparation and staff resourcing for busy periods
  • Take responsibility for the ordering of selected suppliers
  • Liaise with Stores to ensure on time delivery
  • Ensure all orders are finished well in advance of collection times
  • Monitor and grow the range for the Kitchen
  • Develop and maximise growth in sales in all the areas in the kitchen
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of appropriate legislation to perform your job competently i.e. Health & Safety Regulations, Employment Legislation

Ideally someone who has worked in a production kitchen previously with 3-4 years experience as a Head Chef. Excellent administration skills along with a strong focus on cost control. There is an excellent package on offer for the right person along with predominantly Monday to Friday hours.
